Sodaro Winery first approached me with the request to record all customer calls to be reviewed by the owner “at the breakfast table” or whenever else he wanted. We first implemented the NS700 with Mobil apps. We ran into some issues with the local network so we moved to a Hosted NSv Connect solution with only apps on cell phones. The portal access better suited their needs as there are times when changes needed to be made on the fly.
Calrod Engineering was referred to me by a long time customer, Mina Products. Calrod was looking for something simple for his shop and I suggested some hosted phones as there was a projected requirement of three phones. We were able to put one in the shop using a wireless extender so no additional cabling required for that phone in the shop. It works well for him as it also gives him an app on his cell phone. That allows him to call from the shop lines when he is not in the office. I can also help him manage the system as he grows.
With the Covid stay at home and the ending of a painfully expensive hosted solution for about 100 seats, I was asked to review and offer a better solution. I put upgraded internet, five times faster, in at about 2/3 of the cost of the old plan. I then implemented the NS700 in conjunction with a restructuring of the seating. We can forward calls out to the realtors as simple as transferring to their desk. Overall cost reductions are over 60%. This is a big help in the troubling times of Covid.
Coory Engineering realized they were paying too much and the didnt care much for the service. At end of contract, we upgraded the system to the NS700 reusing some of the existing phones and added upgraded internet and Sip Trunks. The reliability is now much better and the costs were reduced significantly. We can manage phone calls going offsite if we need to within minutes. Particularly handy with the Covid shutdown.
We have updated the system to the Panasonic NS700 and brought SIP trunks to the system. We were able to find there were several lines being billed but no being used. They are realizing an upgraded internet and a savings of over $3000.00 per month on their new configuration. In this case many managers of the past would not look at this as it “wasn’t broken”.
When Dr. Mark asked if there is anything newer and better, I showed him the Panasonic NSv solution. When he did the math, it revealed an expected savings of $3000.00 per year. Not a hard decision. His office staff can easily manage the Day/Night aspect to facilitate the one Saturday a month that they are open to see patients not able to get in during the week.
Recently, they had to revamp the office to conform to the new Covid specifications.
Dr Kelemen has a great office in Cerritos, Ca across from the mall. He had a very old Panasonic system that had served him well for years. When we looked at the phone bills it was obvious we could do better with a small hosted system. We deployed the Panasonic NSv solution and reduced his reoccurring operating costs by about half.
Special operations group facilitates base camps for fire fighters supporting them with sleeping, eating and showering facilities while on task at fire. With this fire season so full of active fires, the resources of the company have been spread everywhere. The company is based in Cody Wyoming and we are supporting the Riverside facility with a new Panasonic system for their yard. They had an old Panasonic that finally quit after almost 30 years of service. No question that was a good investment.
The NS-700 set up nicely in place of the old Easa Phone system of yesteryear. Paging from any phone makes locating staff a push of a button.
When Advance Auto called with some problems with their cell phones not working around the shop, it was the beginning of a strange set of circumstances. Problem was intermittent and so several paths were explored to get to the resolution. They had two cell sites that didn’t talk to each other compounded by the radio antenna nearby few the ambulance company which could have caused interference. A resolution was found and they are now working trouble free. They were very nice to work with even though the process of elimination for the troubleshooting took some time. I recommend them to anyone that wants great customer service as well as a quality repair. They are located in La Mirada near Rosecrans and Valley View. 562-802-0151.
