The Huntington Beach Ca offices of Dr. Chen are upgrading the services on thier KX-NCP500 to use SIP trunking technology. The implementation will save them several hundred dollars a year and streamline the outbound calling to one number so that customers do not dial back to “line 3” because that is the one that was used to call about the appointment reminder.
The new technology allows for all lines to broadcast the advertised number. Should the office choose to have a separate number coming into the Dr’s desk or the appointment department, that can be accomplished as well with the SIP trunks from LegacySIP.
